BAGS AND ACCESSORIES

Wholesale orders and Retailers-
I am happy to offer wholesale prices to customers that own shops. I hold stock for immediate delivery, as well as being able to have large quantities mass-produced with 90-120 day lead times. Minimum orders for wholesale are usually 3 per style.Please get in touch using the contact form with your enquiry.


Payments -

I have set up a paypal shopping cart facility on the shopping pages.
If you would like to order something, simply follow the instructions on the screen. If you already have a paypal account, it will ask you to log in and then you can pay for items using money you have in that account. If you don't have a paypal account, it will offer you the option of filling in your usual debit/credit card details.

Orders-
Once you have placed the order online, I will dispatch your item within one week, or sooner if the items is ready made and I hold stock. If I can't get the item you want delivered within the week, I will email you and
discuss things further.Telephone orders cannot be accepted.

Availability-
If there's a colour you'd like, but can't see it online, use the contact form to get in touch-I might be able to make  it / get it for you.If you'd like to discuss options over the phone, please call: 01424 718 423

Once you receive your goods -
If you are unhappy with your item, please make contact immediately to abrandisborn@gmail.com
We can then discuss if you'd like an exchange or refund.

Refund-
Then, we can arrange for you to return the item within 10 days in its' original packaging,for a full refund.
Please send the item back in the same way that it was sent (for the leather handbags it will always be by registered post)  Most other items will be sent by normal 1st Class Post. You need to keep hold of the proof of postage until you are told that the item has been received safe and sound.
Please note that the postage costs will not be refunded.

Exchange-
If you have decided you'd like to select a different item,then just send an email, and once you return the original product, you will receive your alternative choice.

These have been set up as if single items are being sent within UK - according to their weight with their appropriate packaging.It is set to cover costs and not to make profit.If you live elsewhere, I am more than happy to ship worldwide and can advise you of the shipping costs accordingly.

DESIGN SERVICES

I've worked in buying and accessory design for over 13 years and have a wide range of experience,from designing and sewing one-off craft items to range-building and arranging design packs for high street chain stores and their suppliers. I recently started to develop print designs and would love to do this more, so get in touch if there's something you need.
